Content Corrections

Include the page URL, the Chinese word or sentence, and a short explanation of the issue. For a practice question, include the question number and the answer you believe needs review. For audio or PDF problems, identify the specific clip or download link.

Technical and Account Support

Tell us which page or feature you were using, what happened, and which browser and device you used. For purchase or access questions, you may include an order reference so we can locate the relevant record.

Do not send passwords, verification codes, full payment card details, or other sensitive information. If you include a screenshot, remove unrelated personal information first.

Privacy Requests

Use the same email address for questions about personal information or requests to access, correct, or delete your information. Describe the request and include enough information to identify the account concerned. We may need to verify the request before acting on account data.
